The Cancer News You Need to Know

The Cancer News website has a simple but very useful website for anyone looking to learn more about the topic of Breast Cancer. There are many links that offer information about how to contribute and make a difference. There are also recent articles at the bottom of the front page to give up-to-date information. To be able to get full access to the BCN News, you must subscribe online, but a free two week trial subscription is offered.

Susan G.Komen for the Cure

This website for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation is very nice asthetically. This website has features such as message boards, a search bar, an email list, and a updated news resource. The upcoming fundraising events are advertised as well as events held by other organizations. Because this is an organizational website, it explains how they are dedicated to finding cures and serving the victims of breast cancer.

National Breast Cancer Foundation

At first glance, the National Breast Cancer Foundation website is very pleasing to the eyes. Because this is an organizational website, there is a login button to become a part of the organization. The search bar the top is very useful if you are unable to find exactly you are looking for. This website is focused on the organization and how it works in the community to fundraise money for research and to help patients in need. This organization is also there as a support system for people going through treatment for themselves or for a loved one.

WebMD

The Breast Cancer Health Center page under the WebMD is a great tool when researching about breast cancer. The website includes features such as blogs, news about the specific topic, a glossary on the topic, links to related articles, and the list goes on. The organization of the website is very helpful, but the page seems very cramed full of information that reminds me of a newpaper front page.
Overall this ia a very useful website to find up-to-date information about research and debates going on right now about breast cancer. Many personal stories and current articles are on this page to keep you updated.
